Position: Vice President Memberships (Business Development) New Delhi/Mumbai/US About the Company: Headquartered in New York, we provide a confidential bespoke offline matrimonial service for the global Indian. Position Summary: The VP Memberships is a crucial role responsible for onboarding members into our highly selective membership groups. The role requires an individual that is collaborative, influential, and rich in life experiences, someone for whom empathy and integrity are the cornerstones of how they conduct themselves. Responsibilities • Bringing on board, guiding potential members through our various processes, and giving them a sense of what we do. • Actively maintaining relationships with existing and past clients. • Responsible for maintaining relationships with global clients. • Maintain confidentiality and understand the nuances of being understated while conducting conversations. • Collaborating with other departments. Position Requirement • Globally exposed Indian – well-spoken, well-travelled, well-connected, good conversationalist, empathetic with a strong moral code of conduct • We would be open to someone that has had a break in their career provided they have excellent communication and relationship-building skills • The softer skills around the delicacy of bringing clients on board are something that is essential to this role • Someone keen on being part of a global team that believes strongly in what they do and of wanting to make a difference in the lives of people.
