Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Scientist/Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics and Big Data team. The primary purpose of this role is to generate insights for data-driven decision making in product development. The successful candidate will identify suitable problem statements and develop sustainable solutions in an international and diverse environment using cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. This role is essential for providing groundbreaking insights for vehicle development.

Responsibilities

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Engage in full stack development and product management, focusing on building AI conversation voice chatbots, utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) techniques, and performing audio/video analytics.
• Machine Learning and Prediction: Develop classification and predictive models using deep learning algorithms, ensuring statistical and mathematical accuracy for intuitive results at scale.
• Data Management: Source, integrate, and optimize data while ensuring cleanliness and transforming it into machine-readable formats. Perform statistical analysis and build AI data models.
• Business Understanding: Leverage industry knowledge (e.g. HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to effectively interpret business requirements and manage projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Gen AI Experience: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models including conversational chatbots tailored to stakeholder needs, staying current with advancements in AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Graduated with a B.Tech/M.Tech in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science from a top-rated university.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages, particularly Python, and experienced with TensorFlow, Keras, Azure (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with Full Stack development of REST APIs and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), deep learning techniques, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with big data tools and platforms.
• Soft Skills: Confident, self-secure in dealing with ambiguous situations, and capable of engaging with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as R and Pyspark.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, and familiarity with concepts like transformer models and prompt engineering.

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of robust experience in applied Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning, focusing on practical applications and industry projects.
