Job Description

  1. Brand Positioning and Narrative • Define Thrillophilia’s brand narrative — what we stand for, who we speak to, how we differ from legacy and aggregator competitors • Build brand architecture across traveller segments: first-time international travellers, domestic weekend trippers, group bookers, honeymoon seekers • Own tone of voice, visual identity guardrails, and messaging consistency across every touchpoint 2. Performance Marketing Creative — Rs.12 Cr+ Annual Spend This is not a fluffy brand role. We run significant performance marketing on Meta and Google, and the creative strategy that feeds that funnel is yours. • Define the creative framework for performance ads — hooks, narratives, formats — ensuring brand consistency at scale • Brief and review ad creatives across video, static, and carousel formats; work closely with the performance marketing team • Ensure performance creatives don’t dilute brand positioning while still driving conversion • Use CTR, CVR, and hook-rate data to sharpen messaging — at this scale, a better brief is worth more than a bigger budget 3. Influencer and Partnership Marketing • Identify, brief, and manage a portfolio of travel creators — macro and micro — with clear ROAS and awareness KPIs • Negotiate and execute partnerships that earn reach rather than buy it: tourism boards, travel platforms, lifestyle co-brands • Build a repeatable influencer framework: selection criteria, brief templates, performance benchmarks 4. Content and Social Media • Own Thrillophilia’s Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn strategy and content calendar • Brief and review all creative output — Reels, carousels, destination content, traveller stories • Drive the UGC flywheel: convert customer trip experiences into brand content that builds trust and organic reach 5. Building the Creative Team • Make the first 5 hires within 60 days of joining — define the team structure, roles, and quality bar • Set the creative brief culture and output standards from day one
