Job Description
- Looking for an incumbent with at least 10-12 years of experience in the public equities with a strong professional pedigree.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the equity research function, driving differentiated insights, strengthening sectoral coverage, supporting portfolio construction and alpha generation.
- The incumbent must possess a good understanding of Indian equity markets, sectoral dynamics, valuation methodologies, and buy-side research practices, with proven leadership experience.
- It will report to the CIO, Mr. Vinay Pahariya, and is a team-leading role, guiding a team of 5 analysts with a systematic, process-driven approach.
- Compensation: Fixed: Open to discuss + performance-based Variable Pay
- Pool to be tapped: Open to candidates from AMC, Insurance, AIF, PMS, or leading sell-side entities, with strong research credentials and expertise in multi-sector coverage, including small and midcap sectors.
