Job Description: Regional Sales / Sr. Sales (General Staffing)
is a full-time role within Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the National Sales Head. Leading Sales, and ensuring that the business exceeds the stipulated target.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● To represent Buzzworks with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
● To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue
● To research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet client’s requirements
● To achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
● To generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
● To create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
● To meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
● To track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
● To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities
● To contribute in the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures
● Manage month-end and year-end close processes
