Job Description
You will be responsible for figuring out Haptik’s growth through exponential initiatives, which include strategic partnerships, international expansion and corporate development. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely on overall product strategy, business finance & growth of the company. Ok, you are sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate? ● Own the strategic partnerships function across all of Haptik’s product lines including Enterprise & SMB. ● Actively work on taking Haptik to new geographies through a “land and expand” motion. ● Develop an M&A charter for the company and evaluate opportunities as they seem relevant. ● Collaborate closely with Product & Marketing teams to develop the right go-to-market strategies. ● Represent our company at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients. ● Track progress of market specific business improvements, competitors and measure impact. Requirements: ● 10-15 years of solid SaaS or Tech startup experience, demonstrating success in scaling products globally. ● Proven leadership abilities, business acumen, and experience managing teams of at least 10 people. ● Embody Haptik's values framework with an entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude, and an extremely persevering attitude. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive effective collaboration. *Requirements is such a strong word.
