<h4><strong>The Role: Why This Is a Unique Opportunity</strong></h4>
<p>This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for an <strong>architect</strong> for our people function. As the Director - HRBP, you will be the strategic owner of the entire employee lifecycle for a key business unit of <strong>400-500 employees</strong>. Your core mandate is to <strong>build structure from the ground up</strong>. You will design and implement the HR frameworks that will scale with our growth, moving from informal, agile processes to a robust, high-performance culture. This role is a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution – you will be defining the strategy one moment and rolling up your sleeves to implement it the next.</p>
<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4>
<ul>

<p><strong>Strategic HR Business Partnering:</strong> Act as the primary strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive performance and growth.</p>

<p><strong>Build from the Ground Up:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Design and implement <strong>Strategic Manpower Planning</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Architect and build <strong>Career Progression & Succession Frameworks</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Own and drive <strong>Employee Engagement</strong> strategies to foster a high-retention, high-performance culture.</p>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>HR Systems & Process Excellence:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead <strong>HR Technology</strong> evaluation, selection, and implementation to automate and streamline processes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build scalable <strong>Systems and Processes</strong> for the entire HR lifecycle (recruitment to exit).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Establish and monitor <strong>HR Metrics</strong> for data-driven decision-making.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<li>
<p><strong>Talent & Organizational Development:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Oversee <strong>Performance Management</strong>, guiding managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver integrated solutions in Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and L&D.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Leadership & Team Management:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of <strong>10-12 HR professionals</strong>, with <strong>2 direct reports</strong>.</p>

<p>Cultivate a culture of <strong>hustle, ownership, and excellence</strong> within the HR team.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and resolve complex <strong>Employee Relations</strong> matters.</p>
</li>

<h4><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></h4>

<p><strong>8-12 years of progressive HR experience,</strong> with a significant portion in a strategic HRBP capacity.</p>

<p>A proven track record of <strong>building HR systems, processes, and frameworks from scratch</strong> in a high-growth environment.</p>

<p>Direct experience managing a team of HR professionals.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exceptional <strong>project management skills</strong> with the ability to lead HR transformation initiatives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong <strong>executive presence</strong> and the ability to influence senior leadership.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with <strong>HR Technology</strong> (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Performance Tools).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>A mindset that embraces <strong>"hustle and grunt work"</strong> – you are strategic but not afraid to be deeply hands-on.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in the <strong>Technology and/or Financial Services</strong> industries is essential.</p>
</li>
