We are looking for an&nbsp;<strong>architect</strong>&nbsp;for our people function. As the Director - HRBP, you will be the strategic owner of the entire employee lifecycle for a key business unit of&nbsp;<strong>400-500 employees</strong>. Your core mandate is to&nbsp;<strong>build structure from the ground up</strong>. You will design and implement the HR frameworks that will scale with our growth, moving from informal, agile processes to a robust, high-performance culture. This role is a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution &ndash; you will be defining the strategy one moment and rolling up your sleeves to implement it the next.</p> <h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Strategic HR Business Partnering:</strong>&nbsp;Act as the primary strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive performance and growth.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Build from the Ground Up:</strong></p>

	<p>Design and implement&nbsp;<strong>Strategic Manpower Planning</strong>.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Architect and build&nbsp;<strong>Career Progression &amp; Succession Frameworks</strong>.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Own and drive&nbsp;<strong>Employee Engagement</strong>&nbsp;strategies to foster a high-retention, high-performance culture.</p>

<p><strong>HR Systems &amp; Process Excellence:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Lead&nbsp;<strong>HR Technology</strong>&nbsp;evaluation, selection, and implementation to automate and streamline processes.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Build scalable&nbsp;<strong>Systems and Processes</strong>&nbsp;for the entire HR lifecycle (recruitment to exit).</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Establish and monitor&nbsp;<strong>HR Metrics</strong>&nbsp;for data-driven decision-making.</p>

<p><strong>Talent &amp; Organizational Development:</strong></p>

	<p>Oversee&nbsp;<strong>Performance Management</strong>, guiding managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.</p>

	<p>Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver integrated solutions in Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and L&amp;D.</p>

<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management:</strong></p>

	<p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of&nbsp;<strong>10-12 HR professionals</strong>, with&nbsp;<strong>2 direct reports</strong>.</p>

	<p>Cultivate a culture of&nbsp;<strong>hustle, ownership, and excellence</strong>&nbsp;within the HR team.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Manage and resolve complex&nbsp;<strong>Employee Relations</strong>&nbsp;matters.</p>
