Job Description
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible to ensure successful and on-time Relationship, Licence Extension & Retention for the account prior to the due date. Roles And Responsibilities 1. Explore new initiatives through a deep understanding of the Existing customer’s business, goals and needs – and map those to the capabilities of Arche. 2. Proactively identify customer issues, coordinate internally for timely resolution and ensure maximum retention by managing strong relationship, (Act as Voice of the Client). 3. Work with team to understand the policies and procedures which guide the development, negotiation, and closure of Licence Extension. 4. Promotes value proposition of upgrades (up-sell/cross-sell opportunities) and Extended the Licence with maximize return on CloudSEK's products and solutions. 5. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. 6. Comfortable addressing groups and Executive Management. 7. Experience working across functions to prepare customer /client facing proposals. 8. Must be motivated, goal-oriented and able to deliver as well as internalize feedback. 9. Review, validate and provide accurate quotes to partners/end clients 90 days in advance of contract original due date. 10. Monitoring and evaluation of all purchase order issues, getting quotes if demands. 11. Motivated to connect deeper and wider in any organization to create stickiness. Required Skills and Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2. 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Expansion. 3. Smart Negotiator. 4. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). 5. Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fastpaced environment over multiple engagements. 6. Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
