Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Software Architect with proven experience in AI Agent platforms. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering our next-generation AI Agent Platform. The position requires technical expertise, architectural vision, and the capability to influence engineering direction, all while working as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the AI Agent Platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures across cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and solve complex design challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developer relations to align technical designs with business goals and developer experience needs.
• Establish and champion best practices for performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical mentorship and thought leadership to engineering teams without direct people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on system and platform architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with AI Agent platforms, conversational AI, or intelligent automation systems (required).
• Proficiency in designing cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience in designing developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs.
• Strong grasp of developer experience principles, including documentation, onboarding flows, and sandbox/test environments.
• Familiarity with security, authentication/authorization, and API management best practices.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or healthcare systems is highly desirable.
