Creative Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Summary

As a Creative Cloud Technical Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support on Adobe Creative Cloud solutions to clients and internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of Creative Cloud products, thereby enhancing creative and operational workflows for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices for deploying and managing Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for Creative Cloud applications, including installation, configuration, and updates.
• Collaborate with creative, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for end-users.
• Assist in integrating Creative Cloud tools with other enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and client interactions to support ongoing service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and related applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and training delivery.
• Ability to translate creative requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS models.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with scripting or automation within Creative Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Prior experience in consulting or IT service roles.
• Understanding of integration with third-party tools and APIs.

Experience

• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; both early-career professionals and seasoned consultants are encouraged to apply.
• Direct experience with Adobe Creative Cloud in a technical, consulting, or support capacity is highly desirable.

Environment

• Location: Noida, India.
• Work setting: Typically office-based, with the possibility of client site visits and occasional remote work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹1,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum (INR), commensurate with skills and experience.
