We are seeking for a Business Finance Manager to lead FP&A for our business segment. This role will be responsible for driving broad insights that can shape the growth strategy and own the end-to-end P&L analytics for the AB CPS organization.
The successful candidate will need to develop, maintain, and standardize reports that will be used by executive leadership to access the health of the business and identify problem or opportunity areas.
This role also requires the candidate to have a high degree of learn and be curious and deep dive in order to execute ad-hoc analysis and provide thoughtful business insights.
This includes building bespoke financial models that enable an understanding of incremental growth, profitability, and ROI of newly launched initiatives and features. Finally, this role requires the capability to clearly articulate the financial aspects and take aways of their analyses to influence senior leaders.
Key job responsibilities:
- Serve as the FP&A lead, drive central insights and controllership of Topline and P&L
- Support Financial Planning and Reporting processes includes Topline, P&L quarterly planning, Monthly Financial reviews with teams, and Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership. Conducting monthly business performance review with the stake holders along key business KPIs such as New Acquisitions and Churn Preparation of Annual Operating Plan for the segment at a P&L level in collaboration with various business teams.
- Engage with partner teams across Supplier Experience (Pricing, Selection, Delivery Experience) and Go-To-Market Sales Operations teams to enable understanding and influence on AB wide initiatives.
Responsible for weekly tracking of KPIs to benchmark company’s performance against competitors and ensure timely and proactive deployment of counter measures.
Rate Analysis and Automation.
Driving cost reduction projects, preparing monthly P&L forecast and performing variance analysis at P&L and KPI level Interacting with Cross-functional teams to identify and execute projects aimed at business productivity improvement
Undertaking strategic financial analysis to create solutions for improving revenue & competitive advantage.
Designing competitive strategies in line with the current & expected market scenarios to ensure product prices.
- Influence business decisions through effective verbal and written communication with senior leaders, data driven analysis and modelling, and presentation of options
Basic Requirements :
Financial planning and analysis , business partnering, Performance management, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, strategy planning and customer acquisition optimization.
Preferred Experience :
- CA( post qualification 5+years of work experience)
- Industry :E-commerce.
