Job Summary

The Package Consultant – Oracle SCM will be responsible for supporting procurement back office operations within a financial services environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, proactive stakeholder engagement, and a comprehensive understanding of the procurement process from procure to pay.

Responsibilities

• Manage user requests and support in ServiceNow while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Execute and oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing Oracle Fusion to streamline operations.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting to enhance insights into procurement processes.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Adapt to changing environments and priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years in procurement back office operations, particularly within financial services.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing user requests.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and data visualization.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a global environment.
