Job Summary
The MS Dynamics CRM Architect will be responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service modules and experience in leading and executing CRM implementations. The architect will play a crucial role in managing client communication, expectations, and project documentation while enhancing solutions and processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of at least two complete MS Dynamics CRM projects.
- Design and implement solutions using Customer Service modules and Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Integrate external and internal systems utilizing Azure API Management or similar middleware, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Manage client communications and delegate tasks effectively while foreseeing and reporting risks.
- Document project specifications, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Understand and manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for the project.
- Oversee configuration management, release management, and the merging process in projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Architect in multiple complete CRM implementations.
- Strong background in customer service modules within MS Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate architecture.
- Proficiency in integrating systems using Azure technologies.
- Familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
- Internally motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a consultative approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Health Domain.
- Certifications in MS Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques.
- A demonstrated capacity for out-of-the-box thinking.
Experience
14+ years of relevant experience in the field of CRM and technology strategy.
