About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales Associate Intern who’s excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership and cross-functional teams to support and execute end-to-end sales activities—from lead generation to CRM management and strategic planning.

You’ll play a key role in building our customer pipeline, initiating conversations with prospects, maintaining early-stage relationships, and ensuring the sales engine runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution Support:
    Assist in daily sales operations—supporting everything from outreach to closing coordination.

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and generate cold leads through research, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Initiate contact with prospects, understand their needs, and set up follow-up conversations with senior sales team members.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align on messaging, outreach strategy, and customer needs.

  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, interactions, and pipeline progress on CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Sales Planning & Strategy:
    Assist with planning outreach campaigns, preparing pitch decks, and sharing insights from lead conversations to shape future sales tactics.


Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate looking to build a career in business development or sales

  • Excellent communicator—comfortable talking to prospects and handling follow-ups

  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Curious about startups, technology, and go-to-market strategies

  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and email automation tools

  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully from day one
