This platform will empower RMs and clients with real-time intelligence,</p> <p>automation, and conversational interfaces, anchored on a data lake that integrates mutual funds,</p> <p>PMS, AIF, insurance, and alternate asset data.</p> <p>Founders:</p> <p>Kunal Agarwal</p> <p>Kunal has co-founded and sold two businesses in India successfully; Brattle Foods &ndash; a cold-chain</p> <p>logistics company which was acquired by Future Group in 2014 and Priority Vendor &ndash; a supply-</p> <p>chain finance company which was acquired by C2FO in 2019. Kunal holds an AB Hons. Degree</p> <p>from Harvard College (2008) and is based out of New Delhi, India.</p> <p><b>George Mitra</b></p> <p>George is currently the co-founder and CEO of Fintso. He has over 25 years of experience in the</p> <p>wealth management industry in India, with deep domain experience in financial planning, B2C</p> <p>marketing and product management. He was a part of the founding team of Avendus Wealth and</p> <p>as CEO managed over $4 Billion of Client Assets. Prior to Avendus, George spent over 13 years</p> <p>with Deutsche Bank, looking after North India and NRI wealth. George is based out of New Delhi,</p> <p>India.</p> <p>George and Kunal have known each other for about 10 years and have unique access to India&rsquo;s</p> <p>financial and retail ecosystem.</p> <p><b>About the Platform</b></p> <p>Our platform will fundamentally change how wealth management is delivered in India by creating</p> <p>an **AI-assisted agentic flow** &mdash; where human Relationship Managers are empowered by an RM</p> <p>Co-Pilot, and clients interact with a personalized advisory AI layer. The system integrates</p> <p>seamlessly across third-party SaaS providers, regulatory APIs, and financial data networks.</p> <p>Core elements include:</p> <p>- Cloud-native, API-first architecture</p> <p>- Unified Data Lake for all client holdings and interactions</p> <p>- AI-driven CRM &amp; RM Assist modules (lead scoring, client insights, opportunity detection)</p> <p>- Client-facing portals with goal-based analytics and compliance automation</p> <p>- Integration with custodians, fund houses, and payment systems</p> <p>This is a **once-in-a-generation opportunity** to build the core technology powering a wealth firm</p> <p>that is AI-native, compliance-ready, and designed to scale to ₹50,000 Cr+ AUM in the coming</p> <p>years.<b>Mandate</b></p> <p>We are now assembling a **founding engineering team of 5&ndash;6 senior developers** to build and</p> <p>scale the backend, AI integration, and data systems. You will work directly with the Lead Engineer,</p> <p>Product Head, and Founders to deliver the first production release of the platform.</p> <p>The team will focus on:</p> <p>- Building and scaling backend and AI infrastructure</p> <p>- Integrating data pipelines, SaaS modules, and APIs</p> <p>- Architecting extensible systems for future AI workloads (LLMs, agentic bots, recommendation</p> <p>systems)</p> <p>- Delivering clean, maintainable, production-grade code under startup velocity</p> <p><b>Ideal Profile</b></p> <p>- Strong experience in backend or full-stack development (Python, Node, Java, Go)</p> <p>- Exposure to cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP), data lake systems, and scalable API design</p> <p>- Experience integrating AI/ML pipelines, inference APIs, or large-scale analytics workflows</p> <p>- Understanding of fintech or data-heavy ecosystems (finance, payments, SaaS)</p> <p>- Ability to work independently in a high-velocity, build-from-zero environment</p> <p>- Deep interest in AI, automation, and transforming user experience through intelligent systems</p>
