Warehouse Operation Manager

 

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise warehouse staff.
• Develop staff through training programs and career development initiatives.
• Ensure the warehouse team adheres to all company policies and procedures.

 

Inventory Control:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

 

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and last mile delivery operation.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

 

Last mile delivery Operation and Customer Service Handling:

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. Since we are working on same day delivery all delivery has to be happen as per SLA defined.
• Address and resolve any customer service issues related to warehouse operations as well handling the brand queries.
• COD Management to be taken care for last mile delivery operation

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the warehouse budget.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and financial metrics.

 

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Experience with last field force of rider handling.

 

Position: Warehouse Manager

Salary: till 43k to 47k gross salary ( Also depending upon candidate Experience)

Location: Andheri- Marol

Pay roll: Company pay roll

Notice period: Not more than 15-20 days max to max

Requirement: Candidate from ecommerce industry.
