Job Summary: We are looking for a well-disciplined creative and talented Visual Content Creator. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, video editing, and storytelling. They will
be responsible for creating engaging video content for various categories like product promotions,
tutorials and corporate videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop video concepts and ideas.
Create high-quality videos for internal platforms
Produce product videos, promotional videos, and other marketing materials
Develop storyboards, flowcharts, and design processes for video projects.
Handle video editing, motion graphics, animation, and color grading.
Manage end-to-end video production, including camera work, audio editing, and post-production.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and design to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver videos that meet their
expectations.
Ensure all video content aligns with the Corporate Standard brand's guidelines and values.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or a related field.
Minimum experience of 7 years with proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Motion Graphics
Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
Sketching and illustration skills-both traditional and digital
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA.
Excellent storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with complete ownership.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
