Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Archiving Specialist with 7 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Archiving processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP data archiving strategies to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with data retention policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute SAP data archiving strategies across various modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, etc.).

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful archiving without business disruption.

• Monitor archived data and storage usage, optimizing performance and storage costs.

• Conduct risk assessments and maintain documentation related to archiving processes.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external data governance and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support during system upgrades, migrations, and audits regarding archived data.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in SAP Archiving processes and tools.

• In-depth understanding of SAP data structures and tables.

• Experience in end-to-end archiving lifecycle and performance tuning.
