Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Predictive Modeler / Analyst to enhance the analytics team's modeling capacity. This role involves running predictive models on prepared client data, validating outputs, and converting results into clear, client-ready presentations using established R-based automation scripts. The role allows senior analysts to focus on interpretation, quality control, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Run predictive and statistical models on prepared client datasets using established R automation scripts and modeling frameworks.
  • Process, validate, and quality-check model scoring outputs prior to handoff for senior review.
  • Identify and flag anomalies, outliers, or inconsistencies in model outputs and scoring results.
  • Translate model results and scoring data into clear, well-formatted, client-ready presentation materials (PowerPoint, PDF, or equivalent).
  • Maintain consistent documentation of model runs, parameters, versions, and outputs for audit and reproducibility.
  • Support senior analysts with data preparation, exploratory analysis, and pre-modeling diagnostics.
  • Refine and maintain existing R scripts and templates used in the modeling and reporting workflow.
  • Manage multiple concurrent modeling projects and deliverables against client timelines.
  • Escalate data quality issues, modeling anomalies, or scoring discrepancies to senior analysts promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or applied analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in R, with experience running and adapting existing R scripts for production-style workflows.
  • Solid understanding of predictive modeling techniques such as regression, classification, scoring models, and model validation methods.
  • Experience processing and quality-checking large datasets and model outputs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong skills in translating technical/statistical outputs into clear, polished, non-technical presentation materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for client-ready deliverables.
  • High attention to detail and a strong quality-control mindset; comfortable working to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with a remote, cross-timezone team.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Git/version control (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with SQL (advantageous).

Experience
