Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field (Fashion Design preferred, but not essential).
  • 4-5 years of brand management experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, market research, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
 
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Define and communicate the brand's value proposition and messaging to target audiences.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with product development teams for successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and production teams to align on brand vision and objectives
