Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field (Fashion Design preferred, but not essential).
- 4-5 years of brand management experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong knowledge of branding, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Develop and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Define and communicate the brand's value proposition and messaging to target audiences.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate with product development teams for successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
