Job Summary

The Head of Data Analytics will lead the data strategy and execution to drive insights and decision-making across the company. This role is crucial in harnessing data to improve healthcare solutions, supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data analytics and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the data analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Big Data Analytics and Python Programming for data science applications.
• Proficiency in SQL Data Analysis and Dashboard Analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives and teams.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment focused on innovation in healthcare technology.

Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹5,000,000 - ₹7,000,000 per annum.
