Accounts and Finance: • Maintaining the accounts, preparation, and finalization of quarterly and annual balance sheet. • Managing the accounting of all day-to-day transactions of sales, purchases and other payments. • Preparation of financial MIS for management. • Handling the statutory and internal audits. • Managing the cash flow of the company. 2. Statutory Compliances: • Ensuring timey compliance related to GST, TDS, Income tax and other applicable laws. • Ensure timely response to stakeholders / investors. • Assist in handling tax litigations. • Provide support for secretarial compliances. 3. Internal Controls: • Ensuring all internal controls are well placed in the company. Qualification - CA Experience: 2-4 Years post qualification Exp.
