Head of Marketing

We are hiring a Head of Marketing for a recently funded cybersecurity company backed by global investors.

The role will own the marketing function end-to-end across India and North America.

What you will own

• Build and execute demand generation programs to drive enterprise pipeline

• Own thought leadership, content, whitepapers and online presence

• Lead market research, competitive intelligence and positioning

• Drive SEO, digital marketing and industry events

• Build sales enablement to help Sales open doors and accelerate conversions

• Work closely with founders and Sales on GTM strategy

• Lead the existing marketing team and build the function as the company scales

What we are looking for

• 10–15+ years of marketing experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity

• Experience in B2B enterprise / upper-mid-market marketing

• Strong exposure to demand generation, content, events and sales enablement

• Experience marketing to enterprise customers, preferably across BFSI and Healthcare

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets and enterprise buying cycles

• Experience building or scaling marketing teams in a startup / high-growth environment
