<div>Job Title: Senior Manager HRD&nbsp;</div> <div>Job Summary:<br /> We are a rapidly growing bridge jewellery brand with multiple stores in India and a significant online presence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for our HRD, who can lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent in our industry. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, and ensuring that all employee-related policies in each department align with our vision and corporate goals.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>Strategic HR:<br /> - Develop Vision, Mission &amp; Value Statement for Group Companies.<br /> - Set Objectives for individual Business Units.<br /> - Evaluate, Design, and Implement HR &amp; Admin Policies Pan Group.<br /> - Build a Performance-driven Organization.<br /> - Develop Reward &amp; Retention Systems.</div> <div>Talent Management:<br /> - Lead Talent acquisition &amp; retention efforts.<br /> - Optimize Manpower resources.<br /> - Handle 3rd Party contracts.<br /> - Assess manpower cost Vs Productivity.</div> <div>Performance Management:&nbsp;<br /> - Implement Performance Management Systems.<br /> - Set KRA, KPI for teams.<br /> - Review Quarterly, Mid‐Year &amp; Annual Appraisal Systems.<br /> - Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs.</div> <div>Training and development:<br /> - Conduct Induction &amp; Company orientation.<br /> - Identify training needs.<br /> - Prepare a training activity calendar for the year.<br /> - Develop Manager &amp; Leadership Development Programs.<br /> - Develop and implement a career development framework and succession planning.</div> <div>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<br /> - Conduct Salary Survey &amp; Benchmarking for Group.<br /> - Define and implement a uniform Salary Structure.<br /> - Develop and implement employee benefits programs.</div> <div>Organizational Development Interventions:<br /> - Develop and implement change management initiatives.<br /> - Conduct engagement and feedback surveys.<br /> - Develop and maintain a skill matrix and succession planning framework.<br /> - Develop and implement employee career progression and engagement programs.</div> <div>Labour &amp; Compliances:<br /> - Manage Factory &amp; other IR related compliances.<br /> - Liaise with related departments.<br /> - Manage Disciplinary Process and Grievance management.<br /> - Develop and implement policies and procedures for workplace safety and health.</div> <div>Admin:<br /> - Oversee Facilities and Administrative Functions.<br /> - Manage office administration, IT set up, security, workmen compensation, insurances, licenses, contracts, benefits, resources, administrative related procurement &amp; vendor management.<br /> - Develop and implement policies and procedures for workplace safety and health.<br /> - Develop and maintain asset management systems across the country.<br /> - Prepare MIS reports.</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> - MBA ‐ HR or Personnel Management.<br /> - IR &amp; HR Exposure of min 10 years out of which 5 years in a leadership position.</div> <div>Skills and Competencies:<br /> - Blend of corporate &amp; compliance/industrial relationship.<br /> - Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<br /> - Exceptional people management skills &amp; interpersonal relationship (results-driven &amp; people-oriented).<br /> - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.<br /> - Open to travel.</div>
