Sales Force Developer

Job Summary

The Sales Force Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role supports the organization’s business objectives by enhancing the Salesforce environment to improve sales processes, reward management, and customer relationship management. The position is critical for ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and for enabling data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce components, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and workflows.
  • Implement reward management functionalities within Salesforce to support business incentive programs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices in Salesforce development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Experience with reward management systems or modules within Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.
  • Must have experience in Reward platform.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
  • Must have experience in Reward platform.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions in a business environment, with exposure to reward management functionalities.
