Position: Head- Growth<br />
Description: The Head Growth is a senior leadership role that will report to the CEO. He /she shall be responsible for<br />
driving business growth by integrating efforts of cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role would<br />
entail taking complete ownership of player lifecycle and experience. The person would have a team of 30+ members across<br />
CRM, Support, Risk and QA reporting in. It would require the person to build a data driven customer centric thinking across<br />
the organization and identify key opportunities at every stage of customer to scale the business at speed.<br />
Key Job Responsibilities:<br />
• Developing and executing growth strategy, including monthly, quarterly and annual goals, along with marketing,<br />
product and data teams to drive player acquisition, retention and contribution<br />
• Create customer segmentation and strong loyalty programs to increase gameplay and customer engagement<br />
• Support acquisition team to devise marketing campaign across different channels including Google, FB, affiliate etc to<br />
maximize across the funnel conversion rate and improve return on marketing spends<br />
• Work closely with product team to innovate product format and identify new game segments and customer categories<br />
based on market benchmarking<br />
• Continuously run data driven A/B experiments to identify opportunities across the player lifecycle<br />
• Conceptualize CRM initiatives including tournament & bonus optimization to reactive inactive players and maximize<br />
LTV<br />
• Deliver exceptional player experience through crafting customized journey, personalized communication & support<br />
and leveraging product excellence<br />
• Ensure robust and extensive governance framework including performance reporting, review and analysis<br />
• Improving user engagement through innovative product features with direct impact on LTVs.<br />
• Build a high performance team and mentor talent for the organization</div>
<div>Location: Hyderabad<br />
Qualification:<br />
• Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute is a must<br />
• MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I institute is preferred<br />
Experience:<br />
• 5+ years of total experience in CRM/ Growth/ Marketing roles in a high growth digital environment<br />
• Overall experience should be under 10 years<br />
• Prior experience in Gaming industry is a plus<br />
• Past record of driving growth across customer retention or acquisition in a fast paced environment is a must<br />
• Expertise with CRM and marketing tools and in using advance data analytics / tools<br />
• Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross functional teams<br />
