Role: Business Excellence Head
Location : Gurgaon HO
Designation: DVP ( to be promoted to VP)
Team Size: The incumbent will be handling a team of 3 people ( 1 existing  and 2 reportees to be hired)
Reporting to: COO - Ujual George 

KRA:
Looking for an incumbent with 8+ years of experience preferably who has dealt with Change Management, Automation of processes, Cost efficiency and use tech wherever possible to optimize the process. 
The incumbent must have handled large automation in the service industry and experience in dealing with large data.
The incumbent must possess a good understanding of overall operations and should have exposure to Tech transformation/automation, having said that, worked on tools like Agile, Six Sigma & TQM. He/She should have worked on digital journeys of a NBFC or Bank. 
Highly developed business communication skills, facilitation skills and analytical skills.
A Black Belt in Six Sigma with defined experience in the usage of the same for 2 to 3 years in process upgradation.
