You are the hands-on person who keeps the company's books clean and compliant. ● Reports To: Finance Manager ● Compensation: 4.25 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) ● Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays are off) ● Location: Noida Key Responsibilities (Adapted from Senior Finance Manager JD) Your work supports the overall financial discipline and compliance of the company. 1. Daily Accounting & Reporting Support ● Execute day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. ● Assist in preparing accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with Ind-AS/IFRS. ● Support the preparation of internal reports and summaries for the finance team. 2. Compliance & Treasury Management ● Handle routine compliance tasks, including proper documentation and filings for GST and TDS. ● Manage the accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and treasury functions. ● Ensure timely payment of vendors and efficient collection of receivables. 3. Process & Control ● Assist in maintaining and implementing strong internal controls and streamlined processes for a high-growth environment. ● Organize and maintain financial documentation for easy retrieval and auditing. 4. Audit Support ● Support the finance team during statutory, tax, and internal audits by providing required documentation and information. ● Act as a key point of contact for routine queries from auditors and bankers.
