Job Summary
The Chief of Staff – Revenue & Growth will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, focusing on unlocking growth opportunities across various markets. This role is tailored for individuals with robust sales or revenue experience capable of functioning at both strategic and executional levels. The incumbent will be responsible for owning critical growth initiatives, driving profit and loss (P&L) impacts, and employing data and artificial intelligence (AI) insights to accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Partner closely with the Founder/CEO to define and drive revenue strategy across geographies and business lines.
- Own and track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and conversion funnels.
- Identify growth levers across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Drive execution of high-impact revenue initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Sales & Growth Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates.
- Identify gaps in sales processes, tooling, and team structure, and drive improvements.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to strengthen GTM alignment.
- Support key enterprise deals, partnerships, and strategic accounts.

Analytics, AI & Decision Support
- Leverage data and AI tools to drive decision-making across revenue and growth initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and predictive insights for leadership reviews.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across sales, marketing, and revenue operations (forecasting, lead scoring, automation, personalization).
- Translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Track and measure ROI of growth and AI-led initiatives.

Founder's Office & Special Projects
- Act as a strategic extension of the Founder on high-priority initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problem statements.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Revenue Strategy, Growth, Consulting, or Founder's Office roles.
- Strong exposure to B2B SaaS and revenue-driven environments.
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth or managing business performance.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their application in business contexts (sales, marketing, analytics, automation).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong bias for action.
- Ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with predictive analytics and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in sales and marketing technology.
Experience
5–8 years in roles related to Sales, Revenue Strategy, or Growth in a challenging and dynamic environment, ideally within a Global ITES/B2B SaaS context.
Environment
Located in Mysuru, this is a full-time role within a global ITES company, focusing on strategic initiatives that drive revenue and growth.
