Job Purpose

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related
field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management,
preferably within the construction materials
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive cost savings and value creation.
• Proficiency in contract administration and supplier performance management.
• Familiarity with sourcing processes, RFQ management, and category management
principles.
