Python Fullstack Lead
Job Summary
Join our team as an experienced Python Fullstack Lead to take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers while architecting robust backend services and integrating them with intuitive front-end components. You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of solutions delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Application Design & Development: Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.js.
- Requirements Collaboration: Work alongside Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into clear technical specifications.
- Backend Architecture: Architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient integration with front-end components.
- AWS Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain code integrity and high performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Strong expertise in Python and Django (or Flask); proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Database Knowledge: Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- API & Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead a team and manage project timelines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS or Python certifications are a plus.
