Title - CHRO Job summary You will play a crucial role in INCREFF’s growth journey by creating an organisation culture and processes that will help Increff to become an unicorn. Responsibilities ● Responsible for estimating hiring needs, planning and strategizing India and International hiring process ● Prepare and implement HR plan and strategy (as per the larger goals and priorities) to achieve growth ● Responsible for organisation structure design, anticipating human capital problems and taking appropriate and preventive measures ● Creating and retaining organisational culture as per companies core values and suggest changes as per the scaling needs of the organization ● Create HR reports and analytics to provide insight to cofounders and board of directors ● Initiate different surveys for measuring EVP, e-NPS, Salary Benchmarking etc ● Responsible for designing and drafting different Policies, and implement right tools for HR process automation ● Responsible for all HR compliances ● Strategizing and planning Employer Branding activities and implement different matrices to measure the outcome Requirements ● 15 + years’ experience in HR leadership ● Prior experience in a growth-stage start-up ecosystem is a plus ● MBA in HR from Tier-1 colleges ● Understanding of business planning, OP, finance, business model ● Understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, employee communication and project management ● Organization design, global perspective, and experience in implementing effective HR matrices ● Ability to engage the board, CEO and peers on important, controversial issues and build a compelling case to change their minds when necessary ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact responsibly, effectively and efficiently with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organisation
