Job Summary

The Project Director (DPD) will oversee the overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and quality of projects within the Real Estate Industry. This role requires managing a cross-functional team and a comprehensive understanding of the value chain from land acquisition to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage asset performance to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns.
• AOP Planning: Ensure alignment with the annual operating plan (AOP) to maintain the business plan.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Project Execution: Implement projects according to the business plan.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks to project returns during both the pre-construction and construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and recommendations to management.
• Team Leadership: Set work objectives and goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School.
• Certifications: Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Experience: At least 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, financial acumen, risk assessment, and communication skills.
