Job Summary
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead visual design across the brand — from paid media creatives to retail environments and packaging. The role involves translating business and campaign objectives into high-impact visual communication, while maintaining brand consistency. You will own the full design lifecycle — concept, execution, and delivery — and ensure that design aligns with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-performing static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms.
- Create engaging website banners, landing page visuals, and email marketing creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Develop scroll-stopping social media creatives that balance brand storytelling with performance marketing goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical retail environments and customer touchpoints.
- Lead the design and iteration of packaging elements, preparing print-ready files and coordinating with printers for high-quality output.
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid advertisement creatives, retail branding, and packaging design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with both digital-first and print-first production workflows.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to final delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred).
- Understanding of design systems, asset libraries, and scalable creative production.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or retail-first D2C brands.

- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
