<div>Existing team: content manager, brand manager, community manager mid level folks (executives below). DRs for the HoM. Social media reports to content.</div>
<div>DM and PM rolls into Udbhav</div>
<div>Pallavi only takes care of this piece, reports into her.</div>
<div>CTC: 45L + ESOPs + KRA based bonus 5%</div>

<div>D2C brands sector, consumer tech</div>
<div>Social media and branding budgets: 25-30L includes influencers, offline branding (conservative budgets for now) - will roll into the person who joins.</div>
<div>Interview process: Pallavi > investor (Pooja, Lok - F2F) > Assignment on their broad strategy/ past work and can be done live for the brand + psychometric test (not disqualifier)</div>
