Job Summary

The Technical Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This role focuses on creating dashboards, reports, and data models using Tableau to meet the needs of various business units while ensuring data integrity and performance of SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact BI solutions utilizing Tableau, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Maintain data integrity and perform query performance tuning.
• Create data marts for reporting purposes to facilitate data access for various stakeholders.
• Leverage Dataiku for data preparation, modeling, and developing automated workflows.
• Create reusable data assets and support data scientists and analysts on the platform.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau with experience in creating compelling and interactive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced SQL skills and a strong understanding of:
  • Database design
  • Data warehousing concepts (e.g., star and snowflake schemas)
  • Query optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with other data tools and cloud platforms, such as Python, is a plus.
