With strong momentum across transport and infrastructure segments, Cautio is now building focused category verticals to drive domain-led growth, deep ecosystem partnerships, and large-scale deployments.

 

The incumbent will:

● Own and scale the assigned category, driving a significant revenue charter across fleet operators, aggregators, OEMs, transport authorities, utilities, and infrastructure operators.

● Build and execute a focused category GTM strategy, creating industry-specific propositions, partnerships, and enterprise pipelines.

● Acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with CXOs, government stakeholders, large fleet owners, and ecosystem leaders across mobility and infrastructure.

● Partner with product, pre-sales, operations, and marketing teams to craft compelling transformation narratives, pilots, category accelerators, and scalable commercial models.

● Represent Cautio across industry forums, regulatory discussions, ecosystem platforms, and marquee mobility/energy events, establishing category thought leadership.

● Partner with founders and senior leadership to shape long-term category strategy, own early lighthouse wins, and build, mentor, and scale a high-performing category team over time.

 

What we’re looking for:

● 12+ years of experience in category leadership, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business leadership roles.

● Strong track record of closing and scaling large enterprise or government-led transformation programs.

● Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience driving revenue, margin, and category growth charters.

● Established CXO and stakeholder network across mobility operators, OEMs, transport authorities, utilities, or infrastructure players.

● Strategic, execution-oriented leader comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

● MBA or equivalent preferred from a reputed institution.
