Job Description
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & CRM Execution:
•
Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies that drive growth and align with long-term business goals.
•
Work with cross-functional teams to create highly targeted, data-driven campaigns across channels (Whatsapp, Email, SMS, etc.), focusing on scaling customer retention and lifetime value.
•
Prioritize initiatives that deliver the most significant growth impact, using CRM as one of the levers.

Partner with the product, creative, and content teams to create campaigns that speak directly to customer needs and improve engagement.
•
Build and optimize customer segmentation strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.
Innovation in Execution:
•
Challenge existing methods and develop new, creative ways to increase customer retention and growth.
•
Experiment with new tools, methods, and approaches for maximizing customer engagement.
•
Deep dive into customer data to identify growth opportunities, track customer behavior, and build personalized experiences that enhance retention.
•
Provide insights and actionable recommendations from data analytics to enhance the overall customer journey.

Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree.
•
1-2 years of experience in growth roles at startups or consulting (experience in CRM is a prefered).
•
Strong first-principles thinker with demonstrated ability to break down and solve complex problems.
•
Strong quantitative skills - knowledge of Advanced Excel is necessary
•
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a focus on data analytics and execution.
•
Familiarity with CRM platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage, Tellephant, etc.) is a plus.
•
