<div>Responsibilities:<br /> Growth Strategy &amp; CRM Execution:<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies that drive growth and align with long-term business goals.<br /> &bull;<br /> Work with cross-functional teams to create highly targeted, data-driven campaigns across channels (Whatsapp, Email, SMS, etc.), focusing on scaling customer retention and lifetime value.<br /> &bull;<br /> Prioritize initiatives that deliver the most significant growth impact, using CRM as one of the levers.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Data-Driven Insights:<br /> &bull;<br /> Deep dive into customer data to identify growth opportunities, track customer behavior, and build personalized experiences that enhance retention.<br /> &bull;<br /> Provide insights and actionable recommendations from data analytics to enhance the overall customer journey.<br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration:<br /> &bull;<br /> Partner with the product, creative, and content teams to create campaigns that speak directly to customer needs and improve engagement.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build and optimize customer segmentation strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.<br /> Innovation in Execution:<br /> &bull;<br /> Challenge existing methods and develop new, creative ways to increase customer retention and growth.<br /> &bull;<br /> Experiment with new tools, methods, and approaches for maximizing customer engagement.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> &bull;<br /> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.<br /> &bull;<br /> 1-2 years of experience in growth roles at startups or consulting (experience in CRM is a prefered).<br /> &bull;<br /> Strong first-principles thinker with demonstrated ability to break down and solve complex problems.<br /> &bull;<br /> Strong quantitative skills - knowledge of Advanced Excel is necessary<br /> &bull;<br /> Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a focus on data analytics and execution.<br /> &bull;<br /> Familiarity with CRM platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage, Tellephant, etc.) is a plus.</div>
