Job Summary
The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities, facilitating the acquisition of top talent to support the organization's growth. This role is essential in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while developing strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and collaborate with technical teams and delivery managers to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Utilize various job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder for sourcing profiles effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS software for candidate management.
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
- Knowledge of various sourcing channels and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
