Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to drive the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure Java-based solutions. In this contractual role, you will set the technical direction, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our software architecture meets the highest standards. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives and will be expected to start immediately across key locations.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Java application architectures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and design patterns.
• Code Quality and Standards: Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the maintainability of the application code.
• Innovation and Strategy: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in Java development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Java development with a strong background in enterprise-scale application design.
• Deep understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design robust, secure, and scalable applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Master, Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) Architect, or equivalent.
• Exposure to DevOps culture and practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Java solutions.
• Demonstrable track record in providing technical leadership and delivering high-quality software architectures.

Environment

• Type: Contractual role with immediate start.
• Locations: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai.
