Job Summary

The Finacle Developer is responsible for the design, customization, and integration of the Finacle Core Banking product. The role requires a direct interaction with clients to understand and implement product and customization requirements while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, security, and documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high application standards and robust technical architecture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Finacle Core Banking product (Finacle 11) requirements, including new custom menus, reports (MRT & Jasper), batch jobs, and product menu customization.
• Handle Finacle interfacing requirements using custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator.
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementations.
• Oversee the customization architecture, ensuring best practices and quality processes are followed, including coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Research and benchmark Finacle technology against industry best practices, ensuring feasible enhancements and optimal performance.
• Work within an Agile methodology while ensuring high quality in both technical and application design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Finacle 11 requirements, product capability, and customization architecture.
• Strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture and Customization layers, including customization flows such as new custom menus, reports (MRT & Jasper), batch jobs, and debugging.
• Proficiency in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) best practices for Finacle applications.
• Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
• Must have direct client interaction experience and be well-versed in Finacle interfacing requirements.
• Educational qualifications such as BTech/BSc/MTech or related qualifications.

Preferred Skills

• Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM) experience.
• Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionality and banking domain terminologies.
• Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architecture across varied systems.

Experience

• Overall experience of 6+ years is preferred with a minimum of 5 years in product experience related to Finacle Core Banking.
• Demonstrated experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements and customization.

• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Primary Location: Chennai (ENBD, Anna Salai Office). Other potential opportunity available in Bangalore (ENBD Office, Hebbal).
• Notice Period: 30 Days.

Salary

• Salary Range: 10 - 16 LPA
