During this phase, you will:</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6b6e7b2c-7fff-0320-bf82-372b541ca423">Handle complex cases with top-tier families, modelling calmness, clarity, and structured reasoning.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6b6e7b2c-7fff-0320-bf82-372b541ca423">Translate patterns from frontline conversations into sharp GTM insights for leadership, marketing, academics, and campus teams.</b></p>

During this phase, you will work on strategic, insight-led initiatives that strengthen SST’s approach to engaging high-calibre families - including but not limited to:</b></p>
