We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.

Role: Procurement Specialist

 

Source raw material and packaging material for personal care products

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for total sourcing and procurement for natural personal care products and all other allied products
• Identify potential suppliers from domestic and international markets.
• Drive cost reduction, ensure constant supply of raw materials while meeting the defined quality standards
• Work with the Product, R&D teams to understand the material requirements and provide ingredients meeting their needs
• Negotiate new contracts or renegotiate existing contracts with Suppliers to meet company savings/standard costing objectives

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Post Graduate
• Should have worked in the procurement function for 3+ years, preferably in the personal care space
• Good analytical skills
• Relationship driven
• Thorough and organized
• Start-up enthusiast
