Job Title: Website Operations Executive  

We are looking for a detail-oriented Website Operations Executive to help manage the day-to-day operations of our website. This role involves coordinating with development partners, managing website content updates, and ensuring the website runs smoothly across platforms.  

Key Responsibilities

⁠Website Operations

Upload and manage website content across platforms including Shopify and internal CMS (Tectonic)

Ensure all website updates are implemented accurately and on time

⁠Coordination with Development Teams

Act as the point of contact (POC) between the internal team and the external development agency

Translate internal website requests into clear tasks and requirements

⁠Task & Ticket Management

Create and manage ClickUp tasks and tickets for development and website updates

Track progress and ensure timely resolution of website issues

⁠Website Quality Control

Conduct website QA and testing before updates go live

Identify bugs, inconsistencies, or content errors and coordinate fixes with the development team  

Requirements

⁠Engineering graduate or candidates with relevant experience in website or digital operations


Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks


⁠Comfort working with spreadsheets and digital tools preferred


⁠Experience with Shopify backend


⁠Training will be provided for Tectonic and Shopify if required.
