Flutter Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Lead to spearhead our mobile development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Flutter, a strong background in mobile app development, and proven leadership abilities. This role is pivotal in guiding the technical vision and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Architect, design, and implement advanced mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of total experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams (1-2 years).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deployment on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience

• Total Experience: 10+ years in software development.
• Flutter Experience: Minimum 5 years.
• Leadership Experience: 1-2 years in a lead or team management role.
• Relevant Domain: Mobile application development, preferably in large-scale or enterprise projects.

• Work Setting: Work from office (Noida location only).
