We believe that People are core of our business, they build, they collaborate, they innovate, and they surprise themselves by becoming best version of themselves.     Role: Chief Financial Officer   Location: Noida (WFO)   What will you get to do?             You will lead entire Finance & Accounts, Governance & Compliance charters and Fund raise charters by way of strategizing, implementing, and managing transformational initiatives & control mechanisms that contribute to the growth of BUs. You will lead  with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, build flexibility to support business growth initiatives. Broad charters are marked below for ready reference:     <ul> <li class="Default" style="text-align:justify">You will lead & manage company's overall financial and risk management planning & execution. This will be done by managing working capital, cash flows, and taxation for optimum financial health. You will build & develop team capabilities in financial controllership, treasury & deep analysis. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li class="Default" style="text-align:justify">Plan and manage fund raising plans and create flexible capital structure with global standards. Plan, implement and manage global investment strategies. Build robust strategies to tap global investors, with sound & accurate national & international accounting standards. Maintain strong relationships with high-profile investors, including international institutional investors and large venture capitalists.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li class="Default" style="text-align:justify">Strategize to develop financial well-being of the Organisation, create detailed finance organizational strategies & execute by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li class="Default" style="text-align:justify">Develops organization growth & risk mitigation planning, by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities, analysing organization operations & processes; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li class="Default" style="text-align:justify">Preparing and presenting periodic financial performance reports to the stakeholders (board, investors, large VCs, Institutional investors) which may include quarterly and annual reports, earnings calls, and presentations. Ensure adherence to control procedures, regulatory and other government compliance, including tax returns & regulatory reports. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Create financial processes, procedures & systems for control, compliance & monitoring day-to-day accounting operations and legal compliance's of all the entities. Lead due diligence for the group on account of M&As, Funding & Investors mandates.</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Provide financial counsel to Leadership on potential financial opportunities & risks as well as collaborate with other functions to recommend win-win solutions. </li> </ul>   Profile Expectations: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Certified CA by qualification. An added CS/MBA qualification will be an advantage.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">15+ years of progressive experience across portfolios, preferably new tech & global product.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with financial planning for high growth revenue streams, digital assets & services.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with financial operations across international markets, cross-border transactions and meticulous financial management, preferably with companies headquartered in offshore financial centers like Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands etc. </li> <li>Prior large fund-raising experience & strong relationships with funding agencies/ investors.</li> <li>Prior experience of working in a startup as CFO or equivalent is preferable.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li> </ul>
