Role: Business Development Leader - India Partnership Network

expands.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development in India

Build Pi42's India BD strategy for the futures technology platform from conception to

execution

Source and manage relationships with Indian trading firms, domestic liquidity

providers, Indian custodians, and local financial platforms

Structure commercial partnerships including white-labeling agreements, API

integrations, and go-to-market collaborations tailored to Indian market needs

Identify institutional clients across key Indian markets including Mumbai, Delhi,

Bangalore, and emerging tier-2 cities

Community and Network Building

Leverage existing Indian trader networks from stock brokerage or crypto backgrounds

to accelerate partnership development

Engage with Indian institutional clients including domestic hedge funds, family

offices, and professional trading firms

Build trust across Indian stakeholders through authentic relationship management

Develop strategic relationships with Indian fintech enablers, payment processors,

Essential Experience

Indian Stock Brokerage Background: Minimum 3-5 years in Indian stock brokerage,

institutional trading, or domestic crypto exchange environment

Indian Community Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining

communities of real Indian traders and institutional clients

Indian Business Development: Strong experience in BD roles within Indian fintech,

crypto, or financial services sectors

Independent Operation: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within India's

unique market conditions

Market-Specific Knowledge
