Job Summary

The Braze Developer will be responsible for implementing and managing campaigns using the Braze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The role primarily focuses on advanced campaign management, data integration, and driving customer engagement through various messaging channels. This position is expected to contribute significantly to the organization’s goals by enhancing customer communication and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced campaigns utilizing Braze CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement Braze API integration and Braze SDK for seamless application connectivity.
• Design and execute Canvas journeys and API-driven campaigns to optimize user engagement.
• Utilize advanced Liquid templating to create dynamic content and implement personalization logic.
• Analyze segmentation and campaign performance using strong SQL skills for robust data analytics.
• Utilize Braze metrics and analytics dashboards to track and report on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in a relevant role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM.
  • Proficient in Braze API integration and Braze SDK implementation.
  • Expertise in Canvas journeys and event-based campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in Liquid templating and SQL for analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Braze events, attributes, tags, and campaign logic.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Education: Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Basic working knowledge of .NET (C#) for backend integrations.
• Exposure to Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.

Experience

• 4 to 8 years of experience in CRM development, specifically with Braze.

Environment

• Work setting is hybrid, based in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Noida. The candidate is expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
• Flexibility required to overlap with US business hours for approximately 4 hours.

Salary

• Compensation is approximately ₹1.9 LPM plus taxes; final rate subject to negotiation based on experience and client feedback.
