Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer with over 4 years of experience to enhance our Salesforce platform. The role is crucial for driving efficiencies and optimizing processes within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to our team by developing customized solutions, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials for end users.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Custom Objects, Workflows, and Process Builders.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Developer Certified.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce (e.g., CI/CD).
