Job Summary: The BRICS International Money Market Fund Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of international money market funds, conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, and executing trades to optimize portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in money market fund management, a deep understanding of global financial markets, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve targeted returns while managing risks within international money market funds.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of global economic conditions, interest rate trends, and currency movements to inform investment decisions.
- Identify and evaluate money market instruments, including Treasury bills, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, and repurchase agreements, for inclusion in fund portfolios.
- Monitor regulatory developments and market trends in various countries to assess the impact on money market investments.
- Build and maintain financial models to analyze the risk-return profile of potential investments and assess liquidity needs.
- Execute trades in money market instruments in accordance with established investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust investment strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and meet fund objectives.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations, performance reports, and market updates to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, traders, and risk management professionals, to support investment activities.

- Explain investment strategies, risks, performance and returns to current investors as well as prospective investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Proven track record of success in money market fund management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of global financial markets, money market instruments, and interest rate dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis of macroeconomic trends and market conditions.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
